Our Interns

Interns

We Bloom is proud of the work our interns do. Our interns come from all over Indiana and fulfill the needs of We Bloom and beyond. We strive to provide meaningful and worthwhile experiences for our interns to help them in their future endeavors. To learn more about our current interns, continue reading below.

Kealy Welage |  Event and Donor Development Intern, Fall 2020
Picture
Kealy is currently a junior at Butler University majoring in Music Industry Studies, minoring in Marketing and with a concentration in Arts Administration. She is quite interested in the fundraising side of things, event planning and grant writing. Going to a performing arts high-school, the arts have been a huge part of her life and she likes to integrate them in her daily life as much as possible. Currently she is the activities chair in her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, which means she coordinates and plans their biggest philanthropy and fundraising week. She is a member of Butler University’s top student led women’s A Cappella group, where she serves as business director. She is super passionate about non-profits, fundraising and giving back. After school she plans to attend law school to get her JD in  entertainment law.

Currently, Matthew is on the marketing committee for the Butler branch of the organization Challah for Hunger, which aims to fight food insecurity in communities across the United States through baking and philanthropy.
