Recently Central Vietnam has suffered record-breaking loss and damages due to multiple storms and massive flooding. We Bloom US team is providing a $5,000 matching donation and is seeking support from family, friends and colleagues to raise the additional $5,000. The We Bloom Vietnam team is working with local partners and friends to ensure the support is delivered to the most vulnerable children and their families in the areas most affected by the flooding in Central Vietnam by mid-November.
Below are some updates regarding different regions and the school's we've been working with in Vietnam. We would really appreciate any donations towards helping these kids and their families with getting them supplies like food, water and other necessities.

Floods have been causing a great deal of damage and destruction for people in Vietnam, destroying property and seriously injuring or killing people. According to an article on BBC News titled, Vietnam Faces Deadly Flooding Disaster - Red Cross, "Flooding and landslides this month have killed over 100 people, many of them soldiers, and left dozens more missing. The floodwaters have so far left at least 178,000 homes submerged, food crops have been destroyed and nearly 700,000 poultry and livestock have been killed or swept away" (BBC News, 2020).
