Hours and Schedule: Hours: The initial commitment of each internship is 8-10 hours a week for 3-4 months – flexibility can be granted depending on the needs and interests of the individual intern as aligned to the needs of Recovery Café Indy. Schedule: The interns will be required to meet for 1-hour of supervision each week either in person or by video. Other work hours will be independent and up to the intern. Meetings with outside vendors, supporters, etc. will also be scheduled regularly throughout the internship.
Internships
Event Planning and Donor Development: Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and collaborate on all event aspects of We Bloom's Annual Music and Mingle Fundraising Event! This internship is currently only available to students during the fall semester.
Coordinate all aspects of planning the event (working with event venue, day-of agenda and logistics, event promotion marketing, and donor development).
Cultivate, enhance and engage community sponsors.

Marketing and Social Media Internship: Roles and Responsibilities: We are continually seeking to create broad community awareness on the realities and solutions to the recovery and mental health crises. The responsibilities of the internship would include the following:
Monitoring and managing all We Bloom social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN).
Support the 10 Indiana Recovery Cafés in creating content, scheduling & posting across all social media sites. Actively engaging and interacting with comments, stories, and daily posts.
Creating graphics and flyers for café and community events.
Tracking and reporting on social media reach and touch points.
Develop a social media posting calendar & overall strategy
