The Co-Creators Community is We Bloom’s hub for leadership development, innovation, and healing. It brings together individuals, entrepreneurs, organizations, and companies committed to building a more just and caring world. Whether through coaching, fiscal sponsorship, or collaborative programming, the Co-Creators Community provides tools, training, and space to grow. At the heart of this work is We Bloom’s proven process: We care. We listen. We learn. We grow. We bloom.
We support BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ social entrepreneurs, especially those working in recovery, health, and justice.
Participants move through a four-phase process:
We Bloom offers three tiers of fiscal sponsorship to help aligned organizations receive tax-deductible donations, manage finances, and build capacity.
We provide oversight, strategy, and support so mission-driven leaders can focus on their work.
We help individuals and companies build healthy, values-driven leadership through one-on-one coaching, group support, wellness circles, and retreats. These offerings are grounded in a five-phase journey:
Burnout is real, especially for those working in social services, education, and community-based fields.
Our renewal programs focus on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and community healing practices.
We work with values-aligned companies to support wellness and volunteering.
Partnerships may include team retreats, staff training, and opportunities to give back through service or sponsorship.
The Co-Creators Community is located on the second floor of We Bloom’s new building in the Stadium Village neighborhood.
